The daing-licious industry is not most heard but yet it`s becoming
recognizable product. The dried fish used in making fish tapa is the blue
mackerel fish. This is a healthier alternative to tapas made of pork or meat.
The sweet taste with a tiny bit of saltiness of this dried delicacy makes the
blue mackerel tapa savory. Daing-licious provides an excellent source of
protein and the products remain a core component of production, trade, and
diets. Our team ensures costumers service and food quality at its finest
making it our sole responsibility above anything else. Our business is actual
and online, it operates in mini groceries, stores, talipapa, and we utilize social
media to further promote and showcase its product. The study concludes
that the society is letting the people or the consumers know the product that
it offers health benefits like it will help to mitigate the occurrence of heart
attacks and keeps the body's circulation functioning well. The products are

Product Background:
The fish we chose was Galunggong because of it's cheap price and well
known by the people here in our area. Also it contain wide variety of
nutrition from minerals to protein. Fish such as galunggong is rich in
important nutrient that help our body to function well. Many studies have
proven that both omega 3 and omega 6 in the fish can enhance the
performance of our heart and brain.

Daing-licious conduct online and actual selling, our target place is Pamilihan
ng Bayan at Brgy, Baybayin Los Bañ os, Brgy Bayog who have a “talipapa” and
also Pamilihan ng Bayan located at Brgy, Batong Malake. We surely our
product is low-cost and afdordable but delicious. Our target customer is who
have store or mini groceries why? Because we want our product recognize,
also our customer sill ne a step to get known and taste our product. In this
bussiness we always have a competitors and our competitors is who selling a
frozen food, usually daing is best in the morning and frozen food are the
competitors of daing in terms of taste of the customer. Our product
destribute with polythene bag and we surely secured when our customer
received it.

PRODUCT: “Daing-licious”
We will create a small tarpaulin and flyers with the image, place and name of
our product printed on it. The tarpaulin also contains the various ingredients
used in the production of the product, allowing customers to focus on the
product we want to sell.
On social media, we will promote the product that includes the name, picture,
and ingredients. We will share it on various Facebook groups and other
social media platforms to make it more popular to eye of customers.

Monday is the delivery of the collected order from the past days. And the delivery
fee may be vary depends on the location.
Tuesday is rest day and Wednesday to Thursday: collecting of orders from social
media platforms and inquiries.
Lastly, Friday to Sunday is the processing of the products that will be deliver next

The total cost of 9,770.00 the expected expenses in a week was calculated
using net income by adding the total expenses of ingredients, materials, and
permit. If it is sold for a week, the total income from sales is 11,250.00. The
daing-licious' entire net income is calculated by subtracting total income
from total costs is 2, 480.00. Our business financial flow requires excellent
analytical ability and interpersonal skills, and a sharp understanding of
industry technology. This is to avoid a sales crisis, which has a high
probability of occurring.
