Wave 2 is waiting for Containers

Wave 3 is at production with one mini is exception (see question 4)

3. Any updates on the UK Distribution?

Bit longer due to customs that come from Brexit. Address checking has started.

4. How are we doing on the status of that one model that needed approval? I think it was a
replacement model.

Plesiosaurus is still on hold for now by Universal. They will statue this month on this mini. If it is to be
removed, it will be replaced with another model.

5. Is there any information you can share regarding retail distribution, in my case for western
Canada? I’d like to be able to talk with the owner to look at stocking the game.

Retail Distribution is complicated for Western Canada due to the lack of Distributors (in negotiation for
now). However, some stores had preordered it during the crowdfunding and they will receive them.
Exod is in talks to increase distributions all around the world.

6. Why have some partner stores not been given any information about the game at all?

We have a long list of partner stores, and we are talking with them now. There is a lot more than just
providing the game and there are a lot of moving parts to this. It will be handled by me since Antonin is
unavailable as he is handling family issues.

7. How far along is the project toward getting Universal support? It's been said that they will
support a retail release. Do you just need to release the Core Box by itself for that support? Is
that something that will happen, retail release of the Core Box, while we are waiting for the
Wave 2 and 3 to be produced, or are we waiting until after Wave 2 and 3 before Retail
production? Sorry, that was long!

Universal will give digital support such as updates on social media and help with retail. They want the
game to be in stores first before advertising it and they want it to be done in time for the physical release
of the movie. There will be plenty of advertising when the games come to retail.

They will also be focusing efforts on the advertising of the expansions like the one with the T Rex since it
is the emblem of the franchise.

With the increase on logistics shipping how will you deal with 3 waves shipping? Thanks

Part of the shipping is on Exod as we do not want to collect additional money from Backers.

We decided it when we had the issues with the 3rd parties. The big issue came from third parties that
have to give approvals for the hero models such as the movie characters. With this, it takes a much
longer time to get approval, produce the model, etc. Hence, these characters were all put in the 3rd
Wave.

9. Dans le cas où nous avons pledge plusieurs core box, les recevrons nous toutes lors de la Wave
1?

With the first deliveries, we found an issue with the files that we gave to the fulfillment center and that
are extracted from the late pledge. Each order was individualized (meaning that someone that order 3
core boxes was considered as 3 people ordering one core box). We have warned the fulfillment center
and they have corrected the issues.

10. Any word on the paint set? Would love to get some official colours on my models.

The Paints for the Core Box Dinosaurs will be released at the same time as the retail release of the Core
Box around October/November. Then, they will be released in waves in December of the other big
expansions. Afterwa,rd its going to be released as expansions come out.

11. I would like to get an update on Australian delivery. Who is the fulfilment partner and have
they received it? When will they start to fulfil? Can you show us any photos or evidence of
Wave 2 and 3 production?

The fulfillment center is Aetherworks. They will take care of the delivery soon. We have request pictures
at the factory regarding production and we will update Kickstarter with them as soon as we receive
them.

12. What is the exact update for Asia? The last update we had was in March. Who is the delivery
fulfilment partner for Singapore? Can we have specific update on exactly when we will receive
even wave 1? Also, can you give updates on a weekly or bi weekly basis?

Asia was a little late on delivery. They are currently on their way and will be shipped soon. Singapore is
under VFI fulfillment.

Wave 1 is still under progress, there is a lot of verification of address.

I am alone right now, I have to wait for Universal to approve my updates. They have been a little late due
to the release of the movie and they have to approve everything to make sure I am not leaking anything
or saying something I am not supposed to say.
 13. Any words on the quality issues that Hauge88 pointed out? If that really is how all the german
games look like, you screwed up big time. How are you going to fix those issues?

I have talked with him and with the factory. He will receive a new core box since this type of issue is
unacceptable.

Regarding the title of the card in English, we always said that it was a request from universal to validate
each language with a reference basis.

14. Quand allons nous recevoir la vague 1 en France ?

Most likely, near the end of July for Europe. We are waiting for the containers.

When it comes to communication, we need approval from Universal. It is why we are using Discord
since it is indirect communication while everything else is direct.

15. Any chance for getting more big features like the Aviary and Innovation Center projects? What
large sized miniatures would you like to see? The Visitor's Center? A boat deck for the Venture
and Arcadia?

We will receive soon the first raptor paddock and aviary and will send a newsletter to all that
purchased them. The Innovation center will appear soon toon. For now, we will not release any new
decors (no deck for the venture, no arcadia)

17. Q1. Will Dominion material be a part of our pledges? I know they changed around some things
but didn't know if that was 100% why.
Dominion will not be a part of your pledge.

18. Q2. Will extra buildings such as the Innovation Center be available at retail?

Their production cost is high. If we added the fee of the distributor and the store it will be
unaffordable, so no it won’t reach the retail.

19. Q3. Who will be the distributor for midwest shipments in the US.
We are in discussion right now with multiple distributors.

20. Q: when we can expect next update on KS? It's hard to get information from discord.
