RESEARCH TITLE 1:
General Objective:
● To assess the immunization program of children ages 0-1 year old and identifying the
factors in line with full vaccination in Brgy. Bagumbayan.

In the Philippines, the child immunization program is part of the DOH program to
safeguard the children for potential protection to boost their immune system, as well as
child immune system helps to fight diseases. Thus, the researcher conduct this study to
assess the effectiveness along with efficiency on how they implement this program for
vaccine patients in Barangay Bagumbayan Health Center.
THEORITICAL FRAMEWORK
In study we use the Health Belief Model that commenced by Conner (1996), Marcus
Lewis (2002), Rosenstock (1974), and Becker (1978) it is a psychosomatic model that
attempts to explain and predict health behaviors of individual. It is also focusing on the
attitudes and beliefs of an individuals.
According to Ladewig, London, and Davidson 2006 besides life, the mother has another
gift to her newborn, the immunity from diseases that the mother acquired.

CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK
This study aims to provide and strengthen the operationalization program for the
parents of the children. Thus, this research helps to encourage guardians to be more
knowledgeable in order to protect their child from life-threatening –diseases by giving
full vaccination. The researcher believes that this study will show the potential effect of
immunization in increasing the beliefs and commitments of the respondent.
