Apart from my own hard work there are many other exterior forces that
encouraged me and helped me to complete this project, so I take this
opportunity to thank every person who supported me.
I would like to start with thanking my institution, Amity School of Fashion
Technology.
Secondly, I would like to thank my mentors for this project, Mr. Ahmed
Ashraf Zaidifor, for giving me this opportunity, guiding me through it and
helping me to learn and progress on my knowledge.
Finally, I would like to thank my family and friends for being so

Abstract
The main objective of this internship was to handle activities taking place at
the production house physically for the production department, handling
queries of the clients and coordinating with the production head for the
ongoing and upcoming projects. Also taking care of the photoshoots to run
smoothly and also collaborate with the brands for their shoots.

Objective
● To research on the startups and explain them about the collaboration.

● To line up their photoshoots and select the models according to

the outfits.

● To do styling for the brands.

● : I was made to know about brand collaboration. And a briefing was done
for the same.

● it was a full working day I was managed different clients at at different level
I did screening and styling of kids model.

Introduction

APSK is a production house in sector-62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The company

basically focuses on the photo shoots of the kids, although they also do
photoshoots of senior models.

Departments
There are various departments in APSK. Each department has its role and
responsibilities. The departments include Social Media Marketing team,
production team, CRMs, CREs, etc.

Social Media Marketing Team : this includes the editing team,

photographers, etc.
Production Team : this includes brand manager, head stylist, etc.
CRMs : Client Relationship Manager is the one who handles the clients
after photoshoot for the further processes.
CREs : Client Relationship Executive is the person who calls the client and tell
them about the photoshoots and explain them all the process that has
to be done before the photoshoots.
“My role as an intern is to collaborate with the brands and explain about
our company. Also, i was working there as a fashion stylist.

Project details

I was told to do research on startup brands who are willing to collaborate with
us.
I collaborated with some of the kids wear clothing brands and also lined up
their photoshoots.
I also did styling for some brands and make sure their products get returned
on time.

Learning outcomes

● Learned how to handle the clients.

● Got to know about lots of brands.

● learned how to communicate with the brands professionally

● Learned how to do styling and also assisted the head stylist.

● learned about styling and dealing with various models and client. Reviewing themes and trends for
portfolio. Getting to know how to work with a collaborated fashion brand and getting more brands to
collaborate with the firm. Client dealing was an important part to learn.

Methodology

● A study on experience in a production house during this 6-week internship from May 13 to June 10.
The objective of this work was to facilitate professional development and career transition by having
experience on working as a fashion stylist and brand collaborator for a production house that mainly does
photoshoots for kids.

Conclusion

This internship has been an excellent and rewarding experience. I can conclude that there have been a lot that
I have learnt from APSK Media and Entertainment Pvt Ltd. As I believe my time spent in research and
discovering it was well worth it and contributed to finding some amazing brands for the collaboration. I have
also learned the importance of time management and

self-motivation.
