DISTRICT FACE TO FACE EVALUATION OF LEARNING RESOURCES

(Secondary and Senior High Level)

1. Please be informed of the scheduled District Evaluation of the Submitted

Learning Resources (Secondary & Senior High) for the submission to Division
LR Evaluators.
2. This activity will be done tomorrow, June 23, 2022 at Eugenio Cabezas
National School, 9 AM onwards.
3. Evaluators should bring laptops that will be used for evaluation.
4. List of approved participants with permission from Secondary and Senior
High School heads is attached for proper dissemination and travel order per
school.
5. Certificate of Recognition will be given to these evaluators as part of recognizing
their efforts and contributions.
6. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
