MINUTES OF THE MEETING

1. Follow up of the previous minutes status for school, parents and teacher's concerns.

2. The Chairman stated the we need to accumulate more students for the next school year.

Considering the incomplete requirements of OLBMS, face to face may not be possible. To gather
more students, a help or support from APSAS is needed to market our students by focusing on quality of
modules to use with one on one mentoring of students; non-face to face will prevent students in
acquiring the still ongoing pandemic, one day social interaction during the submission of modules.

Since it is a scholarship based school, I suggest if possible putting a non-profit institution in the tarp.
However, we still collect miscellaneous fee/s with certain discounts depending on the results of the tests
which can be explained during the marketing period.

3. Review for the new concerns for new normal as per Deped requirements in order to obtain the
approval for face to face.

*Facilities for kinder’s room

-Play area – safety place to play

-cubby holes

-Reading corner – Books according to their age

 -CR for boy and girl – there should be a urinal for boys and a lower bowl for girls to sit on

-Door entrance and exit – As per DepEd, there should be a separate entry and exit

-Floor matting – safety floor mats

-rubber matting

-lock is needed

-secured area

*Flagpole

-position must be in the main entrance and center of the school – during the virtual tour

of DepEd, it was imposed to transfer the flagpole in the middle of the two buildings and

one in front, near the gate.

*School Zone (humps with paint)

ACTIONS: *Request for the school zone and children crossing warning along the road from DPWH

*Answer the f2f questionnaire online – a direct answer must be given in case DepEd will do an ocular
site visit.

4. The chairman ordered the requirements for transferees are Form138, Form 137, Good Moral and
Birth certificate – during enrolment, strict submission of requirements must be implemented to avoid
back log and added tasks in the future.

5. Internet – reasonable internet service provider is suggested to market more students and to support
the teachers in their learning resources.

6. Science Laboratory – As virtually seen by DepEd and myself, the Science Laboratory cannot be utilized
as such since the walls are wood, no equipment and tools, the entrance is tight to enter and exit in
addition to its limited space.

Admin Status: For clarification, the position of Ms Roazul as Administrative Associate which previously
handled by Ms. Fernandez must be cleared in particular to position allowance. The allowance is still
given to Ms. Fernandez while the job is being handled by Ms. Roazul.
