NEED FOR THE PROJECT:

Indian system of education is mostly focussed on scoring high marks in examination that tests
the limited skills mostly Academic, the fact that each child is different is ignored in a majority of
schools, where conformity is preferred over diversity. Childrens are railroaded into a testing
culture that squeezes out the joy of learning and turns schools into ‘factories’. which majorly kills
creativity of the child. Hence there is need of flexible methodology or curricula which focus
more on the holistic growth of the childrens.
Waldorf Education system:
The basis of the Waldorf curriculum is the developing human being and the aim is to
prepare children for life. We believe that Waldorf Education has the power to awaken in
growing human beings those forces and abilities that they will need for the rest of their
lives in order to work competently for their community of contemporaries and to have
a livelihood that will sustain them.
