1. INTRODUCTION

The present work arises in the context of the subject of pedagogical practices, taught at the
Licungo University of Mozambique, with the intention of integrating students in the articulation
of theory and practice.

For, it is in this subject that curricular activities are implemented that ensure an experimental
contact with psychic, pedagogical and didactic situations that contributes to gradually preparing
the student for professional life, so it is extremely important to bring the teacher closer to real
teaching and learning situations, thus allowing the application of the knowledge acquired during
the seminars in the room.

Speaking of the administrative area, the entire educational establishment needs an administrative

been deepened was the delay of salaries, constant jumps, percentage tax discounts above the
recommended, delay of appointment and progressions in the wage system.

13. CONCLUSION
10

During the observation made, it is concluded that the activities that took place throughout the
PPI, from the beginning of the classes to the last day culminated mainly with the preparation of
this report. It should be noted that during the data collection there were some constraints since
the group did not have the opportunity to do the interview for the data collection.

After doing my observations i found out that students of Cumbabo take a long time to know how
to write and how to read. I also did the same observation at Phokera Full Primary School in
Malawi. Pulps of standard 1 and 2 they know how to read on board because their teachers use
phonology to teach their students. Students of Malawi know all letters of alphabet with their
sounds and their symbols. At this school of Cumbabo – Mozambique if they use the
methodology of Malawi i hope our Mozambican students will be fast learners and English will
be well known from the beginning classes.

However, PPI provide a learning space enabling the application of our knowledge in the analysis
of the teaching and learning process
