Refund of Hands-on Job Training Dues & Tour Charges of Batch-2016 Students

Respected Sir,

I am a graduated student of Batch-2016 Chemical Engineering Department. I am

writing this application about the refund of hands-on job training dues and tour charges that
were submitted by me, in 6th semester fee and 7th, 8th semester fee, respectively. Due to the
COVID-19 pandemic situation, the training didn’t happen and there were no tours. The
university has offered to proceed hands-on-job training after reopening, but I cannot proceed
due to unavoidable circumstances.

It is therefore requested that those dues to be refunded/restored to the following account;
