Resolution No. 1 s. 2021

RESOLUTION APPROVING THE COLLECTION OF 100 PESOS FROM AMENABLE AND

INTERESTED TEACHERS IN RODRIGUEZ SUB-OFFICE FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
TO TEACHERS INFECTED BY COVID-19

WHEREAS, a meeting was held on April 13, 2021 with a quorum

of selected faculty presidents and school heads and PSDS;

WHEREAS, the group agreed and settled upon about the collection of
100 pesos intended for the financial assistance of teachers infected by
COVID-19;

WHEREAS, another 100 pesos shall be collected amongst teachers in

case the initial collection is exhausted and utilized for the
same purpose;

WHEREAS, the said amount shall be collected to all members of faculty clubs who
joined voluntarily for this purpose in the Municipality of Rodriguez,
Rizal;

WHEREAS, the amount shall be collected per school and shall be remitted to the
designated faculty club treasurer;

WHEREAS, the collected amount shall only be forwarded to the municipal federation
treasurer as needed by any teacher infected by COVID-19 duly certified
by sub office nurse;

WHEREAS, teachers who are identified and declared by the sub-

office nurses, SDO nurses attending physician as COVID 19
positive shall be given corresponding amount based on the
severity of the patient;

WHEREAS, teachers who are identified as asymptomatic shall receive Php2,000 as

long as they have presented an RT-PCR test;

WHEREAS, teachers who are identified as mild shall receive Php3,000;

WHEREAS, teachers who are identified as moderate shall receive Php4,000;

WHEREAS, teachers who are identified as severe shall receive Php10,000;

WHEREAS, teachers who are identified as critical shall receive Php20,000;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved by the federation officers and the board of
directors with the support of Principal advisers of Rodriguez sub office to approve the collection of 100
pesos for the financial assistance to teachers infected by covid 19;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copies of the resolution be furnished each school for information and
reference;

Presidents, which was held in accordance with the standard.
