NOTE:
1) The items mentioned in above clause are to be read in conjunction with Schedule of Rates- Section IV, Part -3.

2) The quantities shown above against each item in the Price Bid Schedule are for evaluation purpose only. However, quantities may vary in actual as per Company’s requirement and
payment will be made on actuals only.

3)Bidders shall quote for all the items.

4)Total Contract cost (CC) for 2(two) years includes all taxes & duties including goods and service tax (GST) but except basic customs duty which shall be extra to OIL if applicable.

5)The Mobilization Charges of the TOOLS/EQUIPMENT/CONSUMABLES WITH ALL ACCESSORIES should not exceed 2.5% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid. However, the
Mobilization charges if quoted in excess of 2.5% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid, the excess amount shall be paid at the end of the Contract.

6)The De-Mobilization Charges of the TOOLS/EQUIPMENT/CONSUMABLES WITH ALL ACCESSORIES should not be less than 1% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid. However,
the De-mobilization charges if quoted in deficit or less than 1% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid, the differential amount will be kept on hold from the 1st invoice onwards and the
same will be paid at the end of the Contract along with Demobilization charges.

7)The total Interim Demobilization Charges quoted should not exceed 1.5% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid. However, the total Interim Demobilization charges if quoted in excess of
1.5% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid, the excess amount shall be paid at the end of the contract.

8)The total Interim Remobilization Charges quoted should not exceed 1.5% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid. However, the total Interim Remobilization charges if quoted in excess of
1.5% of the total quoted value in the Price Bid, the excess amount shall be paid at the end of the contract.

9) The quoted Unit Standby rate of tools/equipment/accessories must not exceed 60% of the quoted corresponding Unit Operating rate of tools/equipment/accessories in the Price Bid. In case
same is more than 60% of the quoted corresponding Unit Operating rate then evaluation will be done based on the prices/rates quoted by the bidder(s) but in case of award of Contract and
payment Unit Standby rate for tools/equipment/accessories will be 60% of the quoted corresponding Unit Operating rate in the Price Bid.

10) Bidders to provide TSP (Thermally Stable Diamond Cutter cutting structure in Matrix body) core heads or PDC (suitable for coring in Formation Type 6/7 as per IADC Classification)
core heads considering medium hard and hard formations. However, bidder to recommend & use the best bit considering the well lithology.

11)Contractor should maintain a sufficient inventory of above-mentioned Core bits at site.
