Eligibility Criteria:
 Certifications like MCSA/MCITP/ITIL will be preferred over others
 Microsoft Azure Certifications – AZ100, AZ101 & AZ102 Preferred
 Total experience more than 3 years
 Azure support experience more than 2 years
 Should have worked in a US based inbound technical voice operations & willing to work in 24*7
environment.

Key Result Areas


Responsibilities
 Manages overall personnel, performance, daily operations and discipline of self
 The position will be responsible to provide remote support for IT infrastructure
 Drive specific improvement projects as required by Management Team from time to time
 Be accountable and responsible for actions taken
 Take ownership of tasks assigned
 Maintain & update the Active Directory including (security domains , user profiles & other
resources on the network )
 Troubleshoot & manage MS Windows 2008 R2 & above servers
 Troubleshoot & manage Microsoft Azure client’s issues on daily basis.
 Maintain & update Anti-Virus update systems
 Maintain and update patch management systems
 Perform regular data & system backups as required for servers
 Optimize system parameters for best performance
 Establishing & maintaining technical and administrative procedures for Information systems
 Upgrading Operating Systems as needed to improve efficiency and consistency
 Maintain & Manage RMM platform with proactive approach
 Maintain & manage Service desk platform with best practices

 Extensive knowledge of Win 7, 8, 8.1 & 10, 2003,2008 & 2012 servers OS
 Extensive knowledge of Azure IAAS and Windows Server Environment.
 Extensive knowledge of SMTP, POP3 and Exchange mail protocols
 Extensive knowledge of on-prem & Azure Hybrid Configuration & troubleshooting
 Able to troubleshoot complex Azure Environmental Issues.
 Able to analyze Azure Logs and provide RCA of the reported issues
 Relevant experience on Azure services :-
 Auto Scaling
 Networking
 NSG
 VPN (Express Route, P2S & S2S)

 Backup (BDM configuration on Hyper-V, VMWARE & Physical) & Troubleshoot related
issues.
 ASR (VMWARE, Hyper-V, AWS & Physical)
 Subscription Management
 Automation Scripts
 Azure AD management
 Azure MFA configuration
 Should have relevant knowledge of on-prem & Azure Hybrid Environment
 Should have hands-on knowledge in AZURE AD and implementation.
 Should have Azure PowerShell knowledge
 Relevant Experience in ASM to ASR migration process.
 Migration from One Subscription to another
 Able to troubleshoot all Azure Complex IAAS services issues
 Relevant Experience on Patch Management implementations
 Should have performance monitoring and troubleshooting activities
 Extensive knowledge of network protocols e.g. TCP / IP
 Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS and DHCP
 Knowledge and hands on experience on Active Directory.
 Knowledge and hands on experience on Domain Naming System (Forward /Reverse lookup)
 Knowledge and hands on experience on Storage Devices.
 Hands-on experience on GPO
 Hands-on experience on File and Print services/ Network printer installations
 Knowledge about Antivirus/End point protection (Symantec/MacAfee/Trend.etc)
 Knowledge about Data backup & recovery
 Basic Networking knowledge
