Consulting, one of the top consulting firms in the country.

The Dannit Consulting Firm is looking for a sales professional with great interpersonal skills to actively
seek out and attract new clients.

The successful applicant will be tasked with the following responsibilities:

Delivering presentations, making pitches, and closing deals with current and new customers by using
persuasive reasoning and evidence.

Conducting cost-benefit and demand analysis of current and potential clients to help them meet their
different needs.

Managing the flow of sales information between different divisions of the company and team members.

Providing management reports on needs, issues, clients benefits, competitive performance, and the
potential of new services that can be explored and be of advantage to the firm.

Keeping up to date with advertising trends and finest practices.

Maintain a steady rise in standing (Schake, & Craft, 2019).

Essential Functions

Profound background working in sales.

Very good Microsoft Office skills.


A high degree of enthusiasm, sales performance, excellent track record.

Outstanding abilities in selling, negotiating, and communicating.

Organization and punctuality are essential.

able to tailor presentations to the specific demands of each audience.

being receptive to criticism.

A four-year undergraduate degree in business, economics, or a closely related discipline.

The skill of making profitable commercial connections (Schake, & Craft, 2019).

Methods of Recruiting

Social networking can be used as a powerful resource for hiring new staff. Through social recruitment,
you may involve the whole network in your job and encourage communication between colleagues.
Employees may not be qualified for the post themselves, but they may know someone who is (Schake, &
Craft, 2019).

Creating engaging employee referral programs by rewarding employees for referring their friends and
coworkers with bonuses (Schake, & Craft, 2019).

Procedures for Selecting Candidates

Accepting the application after it has been submitted. The interview committee will be able to learn
more about the candidates by using these programs, including details about their backgrounds and
previous work experience (Schake, & Craft, 2019).
Reducing the number of submissions. To choose who will move forward to an interview, the screening
committee will do this.

Creating questions for a potential interview. At this stage, the interview committee creates the
questions that will be used to probe the qualifications of the candidates who have made it to the in-
person interview.

Conducting Interviews

At this point, those who have been pre-screened will be interviewed in order to find the greatest
possible fit for the open position.

Notice of Appointment

A formal letter of appointment will be provided to the candidate once they have been chosen for the
position after meeting all requirements (Schake, & Craft, 2019).
