1. We are pleased to inform you that, Management acknowledges and appreciates your efforts, commitment and
loyalty, in achieving the Company's objectives during these difficult times.
2. Based on Business Performance and your Individual performance, you are entitled for Performance Linked Incentive
(PLI). The PLI amount payable and terms of payout are mentioned below:

2.1 Proportionate deduction for leave without pay (if any) during the period of evaluation, shall be effected.
2.2 In case of separation on account of resignation or termination of services before the end of the respective
month of dispensation, the corresponding PLI amount shall not be payable.
3. Further, based on your individual performance, an increment amount of Rs.192256 /-.per annum is
being added to your compensation, effective 1st July 2021.
4. The increase in compensation has been bifurcated in Fixed Pay and PLI component of your compensation, in the
current proportion.
5. Consequently, your compensation is revised to Rs.2114813 /- per annum effective 1st July 2021, which is as
follows:
Fixed Pay : Rs.1917222 /- p.a.
7 As a gesture for your contribution, resilience and loyalty, a one-time ex-gratia amount of Rs. 134579 /- has been
paid to you. This has been computed based on your individual performance rating for the year 2018-19 .
8. Your remuneration details are strictly confidential and we request you to maintain the confidentiality.
