Alex : Pleasant morning region XI!Greetings to all of you our valued viewers and listeners of 91.5 brigada
news FM.Welcome 2021 and welcome to another day of learning.Andito na naman po ang inyong abang
lingkod -Teacher Alex and teacher Zaida of Talomo districts A and B. Good morning teacher Zaida
Zaida: Good morning to you too teacher Alex. Its nice to see you again and to be back here at our school
in the air and of course with the generosity of brigada news Fm.I hope that our pupils and their parents
will join us so that together we will learn about our lesson in ARTs for the first module of the second
quarter.
Alex : Oo nga teacher Zaida, theres a lot to learn today.Ano ba yung ating aralin this morning teacher zai.
Zaida: This morning teacher Alex we be talking about the Elements and Principles of Digital Art. Actually,
napag-usapan na natin ito in our previous lessons.
Alex : Oo nga, so alam ko na madali nalang ito sa ating mga mag-aaral ngayong umaga.May kakaunting
kaibahan nga lamang. Mahuhulaan ba ninyo mga bata kung ano ito? Ikaw teacher zai, nahulaan mo ba?
Zaida: Tcher Alex alam ko,nahulaan na nila yan.well I think your guess and mine are the same…May
kasama nang Digital Art ang ating tatalakayin ngayong umaga.Tama ba sir Alex?
Alex: tama, kuhang kuha ninyo.Kaya maghanda at simulan na natin ang ating aralin.
Zaida:Naalala ba ninyo mga bata na natalakay natin previous lesson na meron tayong dalawang paraan
ng paggawa ng drawings at ito ay ang Digital Drawing at yung Hand Drawing. Teacher Alex pwede
bang tulungan nating maalala ng ating mga mag- aaral ang kaibahan ng mga ito?

Alex:
1. Digital drawing - uses the new technology such as computers/drawing tablets.

Zai: masasabi po natin dito sir alex na mas komplikado itong Digital drawing kasi kailangan talaga yung
computer o drawing tablet sa paggawa ng guhit.Paano naman yung walang mga gadgets sir alex?

Alex: huwag mag-alala dahil may pagpipilian naman tayo mamaya sa ating mga Gawain.Ngayon may
ipapakita ako sa inyo at hulaan ninyo kung alin dito ang Digital drawing at alin din ang hand drawing?

Nahulaan ba ninyo lahat? Magaling.Tama kayo.At makikita din natin na pareho silang maganda kahit na
sa ibat- ibang paraan sila ginawa.

Zai: Tama ka dyan teacher Alex. Itong gawa sa digital drawing ay halimbawa ng Digital Art hindi ba
teacher Alex?
Alex:opo tcher zai. Kapag sinabi nating Digital Art-ito ay mga guhit na gawa sa tulong nga digital
technology. Ibig sabihin iginuhit gamit ang mga modernong kagamitan sa pagguhit o mga gadgets gaya
ng computer o drawing tablet/ maari rin itong naiguhit kamay o hand drawing images pero na iscanned
sa computer at tinapos gamit ang isang software program kagaya ng Adobe IIlustrator upang mas
gumanda.

Zai: kahit pala guhit kamay ay maari ring maging digital art. Pero ano naman itong Adobe Illustrator
teacher Alex ?

Alex: ito ay isang program na naka install sa computer na ginagamit ng mga artist sa pagpapaganda nga
kanilang mga guhit upang maging mas kaaya aya o mas makatutuhanan pa ang kanilang guhit.Sa digital
art maari ring may animation at 3D Virtual sculpture at marami pang iba na ginagamitan na ng
modernong teknolohiya sa paggawa ng sining.

Zai: pang professional na pala ito tcher Alex. Im sure kapag mas palalawakin pa ng ating mga future
artist ang kanilang kakayahan magagamit din nila ito.pero habang hindi pa nila yan
magagawa,tutulungan muna natin silang alamin muli yung mga Elements of art at Principles of Art sa
tulong ng ating mga slides.
The 7 Elements of arts:

1.Line- Geometrically, it connects two points. A line is a path traced by a moving point, (a
pencil point or other tool). We see lines all around us. Line is a vital element of any
artwork.

2.Shape- Shape is a two-dimensional area that is defined by a change in value or some
other form of contrast.

3.Form- In terms of art, form refers to objects that are 3-Dimensional, or have length, width,
and height.

4. Value- deals with the lightness or darkness of a color.

5.Space - is the area around, above, and within an object.

6.Texture - refers to the way an object feels to the touch or looks as it may feel if it were
touched.

7.Color - is the element of art that refers to reflected light.

The Principles of Art:

1. Balance- refers to the use of artistic elements such as line, texture, color, and form in the
creation of artworks in a way that renders visual stability.

2. Emphasis- is a principle of art which refers to the use of visual elements to draw attention to a
certain area, usually a focal point, in an artwork.

3. Harmony- in art and design is the visually satisfying effect of combining similar, related
elements.

4. Movement- Visual movement is the principle of art used to create the impression of action in a
work of art.

5. Pattern- A pattern is a design in which lines, shapes, forms or colors are repeated. The part that is
repeated is called a motif.

6. Proportion- refers to the dimensions of a composition and relationships between height, width
and depth.

7. Repetition- is the use of two or more like elements or forms within a composition. The
systematic arrangement of a repeated shapes or forms creates pattern.

8. Rhythm- refers to the arrangement of shapes in a way which creates an underlying

beat.

9. Variety- refers to the use of different qualities or instances of the visual elements. It is the
opposite of repetitive or monotonous use of the elements.

10. Unity- The arrangement of different pieces producing the harmonious, balanced, and
complete whole.

Alex: Let’s Remember that Elements and Principles of art and design are the foundation or the
language we use when we talk about arts.
Zai: Let’s also remember that line, shape, color, value, form, texture, and space. Are visual tools na
gina gamit ng mga artist upang makagawa ng sining.

Alex: And The principles of art and design which are balance, contrast, emphasis, movement,
pattern, rhythm, unityand variety represents how an artist creates an effect upang maipahiwatig
ang mensahe ng kanyang guhit.

Zai: at panghuli ang Digital art ay gumagamit ng digital technology o mga modernong kagamitan
o gadgets sa paggawa ng drawings .

Alex: sa inyong module ay may gawaing inihanda para sa inyo.sana ay magawa ninyo ito nang
mabuti.Basahing mabuti ang instruction at gawing gabay ang rubric sa paggawa ng inyong Gawain.
