EPBL scope (comprehensive) of work includes:

1. Deputing manpower as per requirement for operation & maintenance of Sewage Treatment Plant
(STP).

1st shift-1

2nd shift-1

3rd shift-1

And weekly supervision visit.

Note: If the manpower is reduced/increased in future proportionately monthly maintenance cost will

be revised.

2. Operation of STP as per operation manual.

3. Recording data in the daily and monthly STP log sheet.

4. Reporting customer for any abnormality with regards to performance and equipments.

5. Carrying out analysis as per schedule.

6. EPBL scope of work is limited to STP operation and maintenance as mentioned above.

7. EPBL Operator will be reporting to Chief Engineer/ Manager appointed by Megawide Construction
DMCC.

9. EPBL man-power will commute to the site at their own expense.

10. EPBL will comply with applicable EPF, ESIC, professional tax and other labour related laws for the
deputed manpower.

11. The contract being on Annual Basis, customer will pay the charges even during no production, holidays
or plant is not in operation, as the manpower shall be deputed exclusively for the customer.

12. The no. of holidays to be given to the staff deputed shall be as per Company Act which shall include
Casual, Sick and Privilege Leave apart from other holidays. In case of absenteeism due to above reasons,
EPBL shall ensure that the site does not remain without the operating staff. EPBL deputed manpower will
follow customer’s leave calendar for holidays.

13. EPBL will supply required consumables & will carry out preventive maintenance & major maintenance
of STP as per preventive maintenance schedule.

14. Minor & major maintenance is in EPBL scope.

16. Internal & External calibration & checks of instruments and equipments is in EPBL scope.

19. EPBL staff will follow the safety guidelines of Megawide Construction DMCC
20. Month report Submit to Chief engineer Megawide Construction DMCC

21. Breakdown maintenance of equipment supplied by EPBL. Old equipments of Megawide Construction
DMCC to be repaired or replaced at actual cost.

No liability shall be attached to us for non-performance or delayed deliveries as a result of

Force Majeure. Disputes if any shall be under North Goa jurisdiction.

Any condition or other matters pertaining to this offer not expressly stipulated will be a
