The activity aims the following objectives:

⮚ to distribute the learning materials to the grade 9 learners;
⮚ to develop communication with parents and as well as hear their concerns; and
⮚ to promote friendly environments with stakeholders

V. PARTICIPANTS All grade 9 teachers, subject teachers, and parents of grade 9
learners

VII. HIGHLIGHTS

Retrieval and Distribution of learning materials for Grade 9 students of

Meycauayan  National High School was administered by Ma’am Cielo Clavecillas, the
grade 9 leader on April 29, 2022 and was attended by all grade 9 teachers.  

 The retrieval and distribution of modules started at exactly 12 noon. The

purpose of this activity is to guide and facilitate the learning process of the learners. The
modules submitted by the guardian/parents are part of the third quarter modules and
the modules that were distributed would be the last for the fourth quarter.

All the grade 9 advisers gave reminders to the guardians/parents about the
printed modality students must answers all the activity on the modules and students
must know  their responsibilities as a student. Advisers also reminded the guardians to
always monitor their children since distance learning is a shared responsibility among
teachers, learners and their family.

The activity ended successfully at 3:00 in the afternoon with the help of all
Grade 9 teachers and subject teachers.
