Teamwork is defined as when two or more people collaborate to execute a task.

A team
can have an infinite number of members, but they must all work toward the same goal.
Teamwork can be evident in sports, the workplace, finishing a school project, dance, chorus,
and other activities. When we cannot complete a task independently, we require assistance and
work together to find the best solution. Human communication is advanced but plays a valuable,
if not crucial, role in student engagement, property, and retention. In online environments,
students might not have the advantage of the various visual and vocal cues inherent in face-to-
face courses. Through advancements in technology, the college will reach intent on students
through learning system tools that support text, voice, and video communication.
As their group member, I am participating with them, especially with our leader.
Honestly, it is not easy to communicate with them because, in school, we have a set of
schedules, unlike online classes. Face-to-face classes have a completely independent plan that
I am in charge of. So I have had to adjust to distance studying and share my space and time
with our family. I observe that my group members make an effort to take the videos by
themselves or their families. It takes a lot of time to think about some content in the video that
we create. It should have the sense of the video and the words. One thing that challenge us as
a group is that the lack of communications between all of us, because some of our group
members had already done shoot their own ethical situation even there is no decision or topic to
begin with. Topic for the scene is very important for the group to be more organized when we
will combine together our ethical situation scenes. It is more easier for us to edit it, as it comes
with all our related topic. Actually, there is a little bit of pressure that we encounter as an
individual, because there is a lot of task to accomplish within the week we are working on our
ethical films. Also quizzes and exams are coming around the corner especially in our major
subjects so that the pressure is really on at that time. We handle pressure like a professional,
we didn’t get along with all our personal problems and challenges in life, we are not carried
away by that, we set our own goal as an individual and that is to finish our task on time and
brainstorm for some more knowledge that we can add in our ethical behavior vlog to be perfect
and presentable. Although it is not that perfect to others that can watvh it, but we put our
hundred percent effort and acting to that vlog. We just want the viewers to appreciate our simple
piece of work on this subject. Despite all of the struggle and challenges that we encounter, we
still get through it and finish our ethical behavior vlog. Ethics can be set out as moral action
because it considers what is good for society and people and how a person should act
in different life situations. When we think about what we should affect, we use these ethics to
have a good personality. Despite the pandemic, we learned to take action and have the courage
to voice out the real ethics.
People come together in difficult circumstances. Some argue that working alone is
better, while others argue that working in a group is better. Working in a group or alone is a
matter of personal taste. Working in a group, on the other hand, is usually more advantageous
because there are more ideas, people with different abilities work on unexpected sections, and
work can be completed faster and with a better product.Everyone in our classes, including
students, has been working hard to make things work. I expected there would be many hurdles
when I started distance learning, and I was right. However, seeing how hard people are trying to
make everything work is reassuring. We are all in this together; we are all in this together.
