1. The document describes a TR & Control Panel Operation procedure involving two main tests: a TR Control Panel Test to check the control panel functionality, and a TR Air Load Test to test the transformer under no load and limited load conditions.
2. The TR Control Panel Test involves checking the power supply, applying circuit breakers, and verifying control power.
3. The TR Air Load Test first operates the transformer in manual mode at 0kV to check for issues, then switches to DC mode and gradually increases the voltage and current limits in 10% increments to record operational readings under no load and increasing limited load conditions.

① If the transformer is in the grounded state, it converts to HV state and releases the interlock of the main MCCB. ② Check the primary power supply - Measure the voltage across the R and S terminals with a multi-tester. ③ MCCB On after checking power supply

④ Insert circuit breakers CP1, CP2, and CP3 to check the DSP board power and whether the control power is applied.

1) Manual Mode Operation ① When starting the transformer for the first time, switch the operation mode to manual mode for safety.(Refer to the manual for how to operate the GDU.) ② Change the U.V Trip value to 0kV in the setpoint menu. - If the value is not changed, U.V Trip may occur when operating in manual mode. ③ After change to manual mode, click the start button to operate the TR. ④ If you click the setting icon in the square box of the picture, a screen like the picture is popped up. ⑤ Click the yellow circle in the picture and click +10 on the right to slowly increase the conduction value and check if kV and mA rise. ⑥ If the kV and mA values rise without problem, change the operation mode to DC mode. (At this time, the criterion for determining kV and mA is over 15kV and 100mA. Please note that this value may vary depending on the site.) 2) DC Mode – Limit Control Operation If there is no problem in manual mode, change to DC mode and operate by controlling kV, mA Limit. ① Change from manual mode to DC mode. ② Set kV,mA Limit to 100% and operate TR. At this time, if there is no spark or arc, calibration starts. Operational Readings - When the calibration work is completed, set the secondary voltage limit to 100% and operate the secondary current limit at 10%. At this time, reading and record the operation value. - Increase the secondary current limit by 10% and record the operating value on the attached test form.
