B. INSIGHTS (What new insights or learning did you gain from the topic?)

1. Before reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I thought that

talking to other people using all of different ways to communicate is what we called
communication.
However, reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I now think/ realize that
communication is divided into two terms. First is verbal communication which is
happened by spoken communication and the second term of communication is non-
verbal communication which is happened without using any kind of words in
communication.

2. Before reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I thought that

the word ethics is not related to the word communication.
However, reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I now think/ realize that
ethics and communication is related to each other by communicating to other
people with the use of different kind of manner.

3. Before reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I thought that

effective communication is already happened when people’s doing properly
communicating to each other.
However, reading the material/ understanding the lesson, I now think/ realize that
we people need to be attained the 6 C's in our communicating to each other to make
it called effective communication.
