 THE MARKING JOURNEY BY ANOFA
- In 2010, Anofa Co., Ltd. was officially established
and it mainly Aluminum and magnesium surface
treatment. Its factory was located in the small and
medium-sized industrial park Tu Liem - Hanoi. The
legal capital was VND 4 billion and the personnel
included 7 workers.
- In 2017, a new mechanical factory was completed,
ANOFA moved to Quang Minh Industrial Park in Me
Linh district, Hanoi and started building and completed
the Anodizing & niken Eletro Platin factory
- Currently, the company has a legal capital of VND 15
billion, the personnel includes 45 staff and three
departments / units with an annual revenue of over
VND 10 billion.
INTRODUCTION
ANOFA – The pride of the surface treatmaen manufacturing
industry in Vietnam. During the economic restructuring, the
Anodizing aluminium production industry is one of the relatively
new industries in Vietnam. ANOFA is a company specializing in
the field of metal surface treatment has inherited 100% technology
from Japan. With the technology always updated by the young
technical team, enthusiastic with the profession and the quality of

ANOFA ’s factory was built on a large area at Quang Minh
Industrial Park - one of the modern industrial parks in the
Northwest of Hanoi. With its machinery and equipment systems
and professional operating workers, With the motto "Quality -

the Viet Nam map of anodizing aluminium & surface treadmean

 May / 20th: The factory has completed the first phase including: + / 01 line
Aluminum anode and hard anode aluminum: reach productivity 230 Jig
products / 01 day, corresponding to 15000 pcs 25000 pcs / 01 day (
depending on product type).
+ / 01 line Nikel Electro Plating: reach yield 560 jig products / day.
+ / 01 line Cromate Magnesium & Aluminum: output reached 4500 pcs /day.

Expected :
By the end of December 2017: The
plant will complete phase II:
construction and installation of new line
anode applicable to products ~ 3m size.
Raise line anode capacity to 300 jig per
day.
By the end of 2018: The plant will
basically complete the cooling system
and line anode at temperatures <0 C.
Apply to products requiring hardness>
400 HV.
•ANODIZING & HARD ANODE

Anodized decoration products:

Aluminum products are oxidized on the surface in H2SO4 solution

at a temperature of 22-24 C, creating very small holes on the
surface that can be colored. Depending on indoor or outdoor
products or for food. We have holes for each type. We have many
ways of surface treatment before anodized as:

+ Handle the polish mechanically

+ Polishing and electrochemical treatment
+ Sand blasting treatment.
+Handle the surface hairline
Can anodizing on precision mechanical products with tolerance
requirements 0.005 - 0.001 (5-> 10 micrometers)
•ANODIZING & HARD ANODE

Hard anode products:

+ When the anodized solution is cooled to the freezing point of

the water and the amount of current increased significantly, the
process is called hard anodizing.

+Hard anodizing also gives the product the ability to resist the
effects of bad weather, salt, and abrasive mechanical effects. It can
be said that hard anodizing aluminum is only slightly weaker than
the hardest diamond.

+ With hard anodizing technology the hardness of the anode film

can reach 300-450 HV
•NIKEL ELECTRO PLATING

Nickel plating is applied for decorating purposes,

increasing the protective film, resistance to wear,
increasing the hardness of the surface of the product.
In addition, with the nickel-plated technology also has
the potential to increase visible light reflection.

At present, Nikel plating has many different

technologies such as:

+ nickel plated.
+ frosted nickel plating.
+ black nickel plating.
+ nickel satin plating.
+ Nickel plating chemistry.
+ nickel plating.
+ nickel plated with holes.
• CROMATE SURFACE

Passive treatment of aluminum, zinc, magnesium with non-Cr3 + technology (pre-treatment).

Under the influence of surface-active chemical non-chromic

filmmaterials and in conjunction with the appropriate
temperature and concentration setting for each product to
produce a non-chromium 3+ film on Surface Aluminum, Zinc,
Magnesium products.

Purpose :
+ / Antioxidant to the product when in the external
environment.
+ / Increase adhesion for the next stage.
