2022 Applefest Man / Woman of the Year Nomina on Form

Recipients need to reside within the ISD #300 District, and must be involved in volunteering for the community.
Nominee names are kept and voted on for 3 years by the Applefest Board of Directors. Nomina ons can be
sent to the Applefest Board from nominee peers, family members, friends, and coworkers.
All nomina ons are due August 15th, 2022.
