What is this “program?”

The Service Graph Connector Program is an optional process for ServiceNow
Technology Partner Program (TPP) members to design, build, and validate integrations for
ingestion of data into the Service Graph, with technical guidance from ServiceNow Tech
Alliances, Engineering and Product Management.

What are Service Graph Connectors?

Service Graph Connectors are a specific category of integrations that are used for
ingestion of data into the Service Graph. These connectors have undergone specific
design and validation governance by ServiceNow.

Partner/Integration Requirements

• Any TPP member in good standing – current process, no changes

• Integration delivered through the store – current process, no changes
• Integration design validation against additional technical requirements (CMDB
Engineering)
– Data Model Compliance
– Scalable Architecture
– IRE and RTE use
• Specific integration category - writes new or updates configuration Items
• Re-certify to newest ServiceNow family releases
– 3 Months post GA
– We will monitor governance through the partner portal – alliances team

• Demonstrated acceptance by customers through Beta program (2) – interaction with

tech alliance and Product Management
