SUBJECT : Authorization allowing CRDC Local Engineers, RC Tollo Surveying,

and Core Land Specialist & Development Co. to access and directly
research/scour the files of the government agencies (DENR, CENRO,
LRA, ROD, Assessors’ Office, etc.

Dear Atty. Ronnel C. Sopsop,

The Philippine National Railways (PNR) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr) are
currently conducting the land surveying works and research works of affected lots for the
construction of the PNR South Long Haul (SLH) Project. As of this writing, another round of
hard lockdown due to covid-19 is ominous.

While the project is already incurring crippling delays on the current restrictions, the
lockdown starting August 06 will be fatal to the project. Delays on the research works are
already critical and would be irreversible.

Because of this, we are respectfully requesting support in the form of authorizing CDRC
Local Engineers and our survey subcontractors RC Tollo Surveying Services and Core
Land Specialist & Development Corporation to access and directly research/scour the
files such as Tax Declaration, Land Data Computation and Other Related Documents

Acquiring copies of these documents is essential to the research works and completion of
Parcellary Surveys.
