BARANGAY ORDINANCE No. 10-07-07-2019

WHEREAS, to declare the policy determining each and in every collection of

sum from the constituents which been provide by the law under Local
Government Code 7160;

WHEREAS, to adapt the increase of taxes such as collection of services

of Barangay Revenue Code thru Barangay Treasurer and Barangay Collector
shall consider the capability and increase of Barangay available resources of
a year in connection of Barangay Development plan and budgetary;

WHEREAS, referring to the previous series of Barangay Ordinance has

been Ordained in the previous year, 2002. The Laws stated; Any Ordinances
shall be amended / repealed within the series of Five (5) years;

NOW THEREFORE, as the law provides, after the thorough deliberation

and on motion of HON. ROBERT B. PEDROSA & HON. ANNA LOU C.
ABELLA, unanimously seconded by HON. BERNARD F. PAGUYAN and
HON. REY R. DELUTE, it was.

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, by the 10th Sangguniang

Barangay of Barangay Poblacion, Boston, Davao Oriental, 2019.
