Kids Day

Magda

Magda is preparing puppet show in RRs room. It is going to be Peppa Pig show, she is in charge of organising the
decoration and everything connected with running the show. She is doing it for 3 groups. When the show is finished
for 3 groups Magda sets her room back to normal to be ready for lunch.

At the show, kids will get mini popcorn boxes and sing along with the show.

Basia

Basia is responsible for canvas painting in CCs room. There will be foil on the floor and choice of fun paints. She will
put on music and for the 2 older groups show a video with different types of painting ideas. Basia does 2 groups and
then takes RRs with Salma to outside (sensory) or gym. Basia oversee the sensory boxes to keep them in organised
way after kids use them.

Karolina

Karolina is responsible for organising sports activities in MMs room. There will be 4 activities that children will take
part in and receive a diploma for taking part. After the older groups are finished sports activities Karolina goes to
paint with the last group MMs (10am)

Karolina also sets up sensory outside (if it’s not raining) for the small ones or in the gym if it’s raining.

Salma

Salma is responsible for CCs group, first helping Basia organise the room (9am) in CCs room and staying there with
the group, then moving the kids to MMs room (9.30) for sport and helping Karolina. Then Salma is going to Basia at
around 10 am (when RRs are done painting) and taking them with Basia to sensory (outside or gym). And Salma stays
with Basia until Magda is done with puppet show, and setting her room for lunch.

Larrisa

Larrisa starts with Karolina (9am) in MMs room and help her with the group and sports activities. Then (9.30) Larrisa
moves with her group to RRs room and helps Magda at puppet show. Sit the kids, hand the popcorn and manage the
group/ toilet or anything that might come up. Larissa (10am) takes her group to CCs room to paint. Then Larrisa
takes MMs downstairs to their room. Free play till lunch.

Gosia

Gosia starts the day with Magda in RRs room, help her set up and manage the group (helps in the toilet), hands out
popcorn and what’s needed (8.45am). Gosia takes the little ones to CCs room to Basia to paint with them there. She
helps Basia manage the group and helps her to the toilet before they go outside (10am). Gosia then looks after CCs
who are going to be watching Puppet show in RRs room. (10am) Helps Magda hands out popcorn and manages the
group.

The schedule follows:

By 9 am all kids have eaten their breakfast.

MM have tables I the room with their books from the morning.

RR tables stay normal (so the breakfast as per usual)

CC tables stay normal (so the breakfast as per usual)

Rocking Robins

- Starting with puppet show and songs in their room

- Moving on to CCs room for arts part for 9.30 (Basia and Gosia)
- Moving for fun outside 10am (with Basia and Salma)
- Outside they have sensory/ or in gym (if the weather is not too good)
- After lunch when they wake up at 2 pm, Mickey Mouse brings them ice- cream.

Marching Magpies

- Starting in their room with sports activities for 30 minutes (with Karolina and Larrisa)
- Moving to Rocking Robins for puppet show 9.30 (with Larrisa)
- Moving to Curious Cuckoos for painting at 10 (Karolina and Larrisa)
- Moving outside for sand castle competition outside (optional)

Curious Cuckoos

- Starting in their room with painting at 9.00 (Basia and Salma)

- Moving at 9.30 to Marching Magpies room for sports (Karolina and Salma)
- Moving at 10 to RR for puppet show (Magda and Gosia, but Karolina goes up with them)
- Moving outside for fun at sensory.

MM room

9.00- MM starting activity (Karolina + Larrisa)

9.30- CC starting activity ( Karolina + Salma)

RR room

9.00- RR starting puppet show ( Magda + Gosia)

9.30- MM starting puppet show (Magda + Larrisa)

10.00- CC starting puppet show (Magda + Gosia)

CC room

9.00- CC starting painting ( Basia + Salma)

9.30- RR starting painting ( Basia + Gosia)

10.00- MM starting painting ( Karolina + Larrisa)
