Place some colored chips, show the gallery and ask: Can you help me place the red chip
on the soup? What number is the soup? Can you help me place it on the fish? What
number is the fish? Repeat with each chip as follows: Yellow: plant pot (eight), Green:
Chicken (five), Orange: Grapes (nine), Black: Lamp (one), White: Circle (four)

Ask children if they like stories. Allow a couple of seconds for student to answer. I love
stories! I am going to tell you a short story. Listen carefully.
Read the story aloud about Mike, use the ppt presenta@on and ask the next ques@ons.

out two words and I need to guess them, all right? Check understanding. Allow student
to act out their words and try to guess them. Show the different objects and ask. Acer

Ask children if they know what a paJern is. If yes remember with some examples if not,
ask; Can you see this is a paJern? It is a paJern because it has a sequence of forms or

Count from 1 to 30 With the puppet ask. Do you remember how to count? (In the voice
of the puppet) Of course! For example, we are three people, now. (In your own voice)
Play a song with the numbers. Now, let’s count together! Look at this collec@on. Ask
about how many objects do they see. How many bananas are there? what about
coun@ng other objects. What about coun@ng donuts? Do you want to help me? How
many donuts can you count?

Iden@fy leJers and write own name correctly. Look at this! What a mess! Do you
recognize the leJers? tell a color, and children need to tell what leJer they can see in
that color, all right? Now, you choose a different color. See if they can recognize leJers.

Give the alphabet worksheet and children have to color, then when they have finished,
sing with them the alphabet song.
