Quick $2k/Day TikTok Ads Scaling Strategy Breakdown (7 Days)

HOW YOU LAUNCH YOUR INITIAL TEST MATTERS (Check my 0-100k training video)

Ideally, you want to start with 5x$25 or 5x$40

Day 1.

If you start with 5x$25, the first thing I would do to scale is to try a 5x$40. ($50 budgets are also
working well lately)

This will position you with higher budgets which will help scaling later on.

Analyzing:

When an ad group hits $20 with no sales, just turn it off & let the ones with sales run until it hits
BEROAS over last 3 days

Day 2:

At this point, you should have at least 1 5x$40 campaign that is profitable.

After killing the bad ad groups in the campaign you made yesterday, make another 5x$40
campaign & duplicate off of the best performer from the last campaign.

You should expect a similar success rate. Usually 2 out of 5 ad groups will work, just kill the
other 3.

Continue monitoring both of these campaigns & just kill them if they stop performing. We will be
making new campaigns anyways.

Day 3 / 4 (Depending on budget)

At this point, you should have made 2 5x$40 campaigns that have worked decently well. We
haven't surf scaled, or done anything with those other 2 campaigns yet.

Those were just “Proof of concept” campaigns that proved that we can create new campaigns at
$40/day & have them be profitable.

Now that we know that we can, we are going to make a campaign with 10x$40

Don’t worry, we wont let the campaign spend the full budget.
Analyzing:

When each ad group hits $10 in spend, if the whole campaign has 0 sales then turn off the
entire campaign & start again from step 2/day 2 in this training.

If there is a sale on the whole campaign, let each ad group spend $20. At this point, you should
have multiple ad groups with sales. Some with 1, some with 2, etc. Turn off the ad groups that
have 0 sales and leave the ones that do have sales.

Monitor your ads every 1-2 hours throughout the day starting at about 1 pm.

Surf Scaling:

When an ad group profitably hits 2 sales, Increase the budgets. Our goal is to increase the
budgets every 2-3 sales the ad group gets throughout the day following this schedule:

$40 -> $100 -> $250 -> $500 -> $1,000

You should be checking your ad groups every hour & keeping track of how many sales each ad
group has. Wait 2-3 sales between each increase & at least 1 hour. Do not go over $1k per ad
group.

At midnight, either reset the budget back to $40 for the next day, or just turn it off.

Schedule another 10x$40 campaign for the next day & repeat.

Summary:

Start with 5x$25 -> Launch 5x$40 -> Launch 5x$40 -> Launch 10x$40 & surf scale & Repeat
