1. Material approval dan A10 Dijangkakan kesemua material approval
workmanship dihantar dan disemak.
2. Shop drawings / Method of A11 Dijangkakan shop drawings dan method of
statement statement dihantar dan disemak.
3. Remove old paint and make good D6 Dijangkakan siap untuk kesemua tingkat pada
plastering (with wall sealer) bangunan luar.

4. Install new thermal wall panel for D7 Internal Thermal wall panel di tingkat 6
internal building wall dijangkakan akan siap sepenuhnya.
5. Apply one layer undercoat and D8 Setelah internal thermal wall penal siap
two coats of PU paint for new dipasang, kerja undercoat dan 2 lapisan kerja
installed thermal wall panel mengecat akan dilakukan.
6. Make good or replace the affected D9 Setelah thermal wall siap di cat, kerja
vinyl flooring memasang vinyl untuk lantai dilakukan
sepenuhnya.
7. Items not included in the above B4, Kerja – kerja yang tidak ada di dalam BQ
but in the drawings C5, seperti mereka bentuk ducting untuk FCU coil
D13, yang mana telah pun dilaksanakan.
