The sense organs are the body organs by which humans are able to see , smell ,hear ,taste and
touch or feel. The 5 sense organs are the eyes, nose , ears ,tongue and skin.

FUNCTIONS OF 5 SENSE ORGANS

USES OF 5 SENSE ORGANS

 Our body is covered with skin .We feel through our skin. It feels hot , soft , hard ,
rough or smooth. It helps us to sense touch.

 We taste through our tongue. It taster sweet , salty , sour or bitter .It helps us to sense
taste. It also helps us to speak.

 We smell through our nose. Our nose smells perfumes, flavours, odours. It helps us
to sense smell. It also helps us to breathe .

 We see with the help of our eyes . They help us to sense sights and recognise things .

 We hear with the help of our ears. It helps us to hear sounds around us.
