Yes, I agree, I think that everyone is a bit right, because it is important to have a study schedule,
eat well, seek help and rest when necessary. I have done the second and fourth point, I always
take short breaks to relax my brain a bit and when I don't understand I ask a tutor for help.

GRAMMAR POINT:

“When” is used to express that what you do in certain situations. It can be used to give advices or
recommendation. Ex: “When I have headache, I take a painkiller!” The sentence expresses what I

do when I have headache and also, it kind of expresses a recommendation from my point of view;
the painkillers help me, they might help you, too.
