Tips to reduce stress


before and during an
exam

1. Do breathing exercises

For any situation of stress and anxiety, knowing how


to control your breathing will help you relax.
2. Do not study
the day before
If you are one of those who gets nervous, your
brain will not be prepared to assimilate new
knowledge that you try to learn that day.
3. Beware of caffeine
Your body must be rested and your mind clear to be able
to face the exam correctly. Sleep at least 8 hours the
night before.
4. Read the test
Once in the exam, take some time to read
all the questions and make sure which
ones you are best prepared to start with.
5. take regular breaks.
When we are saturated, concentration is lost and
we feel as if we will not advance. Instead of
continuing to force yourself to memorize
concepts, it is best to take small breaks
throughout the day.
6. Plan the study.

Once we have the exam calendar we can


make a personalized study plan where
we will write down what we are going
to do every day.
7. Watch the diet
Do not go to an exam on an empty stomach. Try to eat
breakfast or eat properly so that your brain has the
nutrients it needs to function at 100%
