Simple Future

Simple future merupakan kalimat yang menunjukkan pristiwa yang akan dilakukan
pada waktu yang akan datang.

Subjec + will + verb 1 (positive)

Subjec +(am,is,are) +abaout to/ going to + Verb1 (positive)

S+ Will/shall + (am,is,are) + Adjective, Noun, Adverb (Nominal)

S++ (am,is,are) + about to/going to + be + Adjective, Noun, Adverb (Nominal)

Subjec + will be + verb 3 (paasive positive)

Subject + will + not + be + verb 3.  (paasive negative)

Contoh :
1. Ms H is gonna marry next month Positive
2. They are gonna finish homework tonight Positive
3. Nita is gonna birth three months later Positive
4. Fitri is gonna run around Unhas tomorrow Positive
5. Ina will make banana muffin when Nita visit Ina’s Positive
house.
6. She is gonna prepare material for meeting tomorrow Positive
7. She is gonna go to party after her job finish Positive
8. My teacher is not gonna teach my class when my Negative
homework not complete
9. They aren’t gonna go to Puncak tomorrow because of Negative
the weather isn’t friendly

Future Continuous
Future Continuous : suatu kalimat yang menunjukkan pristiwa yang akan dilakukan dan masih
berlangsung pada waktu yang akan dating.

subject + will/shall + be + verb ing + complement. (positive)

subject + will/shall + not + be + verb ing + complement.(negative)

will /shall+ subject + be + verb-ing + complement (interrogative)

subject + will/shall + be + being + Adjective, Noun, Adverb (passive)

subject + will/shall + be + being + Verb3 (passive)

Contoh:

 I will be staying with my sister for a week.

 I shall be returning the book to the library this evening.
 I will not be staying with my sister for a week.
 Will I be sleeping in this room?
 I will be being in the bedroom at 10 o’clock this evening (nominal)
 The room will be being cleaned by them (passive)
