H: Good Morning Sir, Welcome to the Salvatore Hotel my name is Monica Mikaelson what
can I do for you?

G: I would like to book a room for one night, is there any room available?

H: Please wait for a second sir while I check if there are some vacant rooms.

G: Sure.

H: Thank you for patiently waiting sir, but luckily there is three vacant room but they are all
the same package which is the Deluxe room, don’t worry sir because all of our rooms are
newly renovated.

G: Oh great! May I know some information about the room?

H: Sure sir, the deluxe room has a Multi-function bedside electronic control panels,
Bedside charging station for smartphones, Individual thermostat controls, Outside
temperature and humidity indicators, Mood lighting, Sitting area, Executive work desk, Fully
stocked minibar and a Coffee / tea-making facility. Also you will expect a luxurious bathroom,
we also have a 49-inch high definition smart TV, Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet
access, Dual-line telephones with voicemail system and speaker function.

G: Wow that’s a great room I would to stay at one those Deluxe room in two nights, how
much does it cost per night?

H: So our room rate for this Deluxe room sir is 9,000 per night sir, it also includes a 24-hour
in-room dining service.

G: That’s nice

H: Before I forgot, may I know your name sir so we can now proceed to your room.

G: Oh, Kai Parker.

H: Okay sir, your room number is 156, here’s your envelope sir where it includes your id card
while you are staying in our hotel, and a voucher for your breakfast tomorrow morning.
G: Yes thank you.

H: Our bellboy is now here to assist you with your luggage.

B: Good Afternoon Sir my name is Matt Donovan, let me escort you to your room, may I
carry your luggage Sir?

G: Sure thanks!

B: Before we arrive to your room, allow me to explain our hotel facilities. Breakfast will be
available at the Restaurant located at Lobby level from 6:00am to 10:00am. We also have
Café and Business Center at Lobby level. Our meeting rooms are located on the 2 nd  floor,
the swimming pool, spa and fitness center are on the 5 th  floor. Let us know if you need to
make reservations for our hotel facilities.

G: Thank you for another information.

B: We are in front of your room, Ma’am/Sir. May I have your key for me to open the door for
you?

G:  Sure. Thanks!

B:  Have a sit Mr. Parker, allow me to explain the room facilities. You have safety deposit box
inside the wardrobe. You also have a mini bar, if you want to consume snacks/drinks, don’t
forget to fill the mini bar list. This is the remote control for your television channel list. You
have a view to the city, and this is your bed side lamp. Telephone to make an outgoing call,
press 0 for operation assistance, 1 for housekeeping, 2 for laundry, and 3 for room service.
This is your air conditioner, and lastly, this is your bathroom, for the water tap, red button for
hot water and blue for cold water.

G: Alright thank you again!

B: No problem Sir.

G : Yes. I would like to check out now, could you call your bellboy to help me bring my
luggages.

H: Alright, may I know your room number sir?

G: My room number is 156

H: Please wait a moment, sir. I would like to call our bellboy to come to your room.

G: Thank you.

H: No problem sir.

(Knock the door 3 times) Bell Boy please.

G: Please come in.

B: Excuse me, Mr. Peter. Would you like to check out now?

G: Yes, you’re right. Please help me with my luggage.

B: All right Mr. Parker. have you finish to prepare all of your luggage?.

G: Yes.

B: May I help you to check again? Because I want to make sure that you did not
leave your stuff.

G: Of course, thank you.

B: Alright sir. Your room is clear now, please come to the lobby with me, may I carry your
luggage?

G: Sure, here is it.

B: Well, please follow me to lobby for your official check out..

G: Okay.

H: Goodmorning sir how may I help you?

G: I would like to check out.

H: Sure sir, may I know your room number please?

G: My room number is 156

H: Alright sir, please wait while I kindly check your bills sir.

G: Sure

* After checking the bill *

H: Thank you for patiently waiting sir, your total bill is 20,560 pesos sir, there are additional
bills sir because of the other services you requested sir for your meals sir.

G: Okay.

H: What mode of payment would you like sir?

G: I would like to pay cash.

H: Sure sir here’s your receipt and the total of your bill sir.

G: Alright please wait.

H: Sure sir no problem at all.

G: Here you go,

H; Thank you again sir, did you enjoyed your stay here at the Salvatore hotel?

G: Of course I really enjoyed especially your television I just binged watch The Vampire
Diaries on Netflix, that is why I ordered a lot of foods for my snack while I was watching.

H: Really sir? I hope you will comeback in our hotel again and binged watch another season
of The Vampire Diaries.

G: Of course I would like to comeback to your hotel, and even the foods are good.

H: All right, Mr. Parker. Thank you for your coming. I hope you have a nice
next trip and will stay at our hotel next time on your holiday.
