A. GUEST ARRIVES BY CAR

Bellboy : { open the door } Welcome to ……… Hotel, Sir/Madam
Guest : Thank you!
Bellboy : Mind your head, sir/madam……..
Do you have any luggage?
Guest : Yes it’s in the boot.
Bellboy : is this all your luggage sir/madam?
Guest : Yes, that’s all thanks.
Bellboy : the reception is this ways please sir/madam.

B. THE BELLBOY ALREADY COLLECTED THE GUEST LUGGAGE

Bellboy : Are you ready to go now Mr/ms. ……….?

Guest : Yes please.

Bellboy : This way please.( on the way to show the room, explain about hotel
facilities ).

C. BELLBOY SHOWING GUEST’S ROOM

Bellboy : Here we are, Mr/ms ………, room no …... ( bellboy knock the door and
open it )
Bellboy : could you please waiting a few minutes, I will check the room first.
Guest : certainly
Bellboy : (Bellboy goes in and open it the curtain, switch on the lamp, air
conditioner and check the guest amenities in the bathroom ).
Thank you for your waiting, after you please?
Guest : thank you.
Bellboy : ( Bellboy goes in ,put the suite case on the luggage rack)

Bellboy : ( Bellboy asking to the guest to explain about the room facilities
Excuse me, Mr/ms …….. would you like me to explain about your room
facilities?

Guest : Yes of course!

Bellboy :

1. Computer ( IDD ) : If you would like to make and overseas call, you could do it from
your room.please dial outside call first,it number nine ( 9 ) and followed by the
international code, Number 001/008,,your country code , city code and your local
number.
2. TELEVISION
To turn on the television you could do it from the remote control. First pus the
power before choosing the program.
For the operating the television you can do it from remote control, we have 20
channels. Please, choose the program as you like.
3. AIR CONDITIONING
To operate the air conditioner, you can do ite from the remote control.
Please push minus sign ( - ) if you would like your room more cool and push plus sign
( + ) to make your room warmer.

4. MINI BAR
If you would like to have some drink don’t forget to sign the bill.

5. ENERGI SLOT
Please insert your key tag/your key card into energy slot to active your room
electricity and if you leave the room don’t forget to pick it up.

6. BATH ROOM ( WITH HOT AND COOL WATER )

In our bath room we have hot and cool water. The blue sign is for cold water and the
red one is for hot water
7. WARDROBE
This is our wardrobe,if you need more hungers, please contact housekeeping
Department,number 5 ( five ). Those one are laundry bag and laundry list. Please fill
out the laundry list and than put it together with dirty clothes in the laundry bags
and call the valet to pick them up.

Bellboy : Mr. …….if you need anything else, just dial 0 for the reception and 1 for
the house keeping.
