Butler: Good Day Sir/Me________________, welcome to (announce the name of the hotel).
Can I assist your luggage sir?
Guest: Yes please.
Butler: Is there any fragile items inside your luggage sir?
Guest: None. That’s all garments only.
Butler: Sir/Mr.______________ let me lead you the way to the front office
Guest: Yes please.
Butler: (at the front desk) Sir/Mr.__________________ please kindly sign your registration
form to complete your reservation.
Guest: Okay ill sign it.
Butler: Sir/Mr.________________ your room number is 601. This way Sir please, it this your
first time in our hotel Sir/Mr.____________?
Guest: Yes, it’s my first time here.
Butler: Assisting at the elevator) Sir/Mr.__________ please allow me to give you some
information about with hotel facilities. On the right side you see our bar and restaurant. Our
restaurant is open 24 hours, and our bar is open from 6 pm to 3 am only. Adjacent the bar area
and dining area you will find the hotel pool and gym if you want to swim and to have some
physical activity. If you want to pumper yourself of some relaxation, try to visit our SPA located
at the second floor we also offer room service massage. Sir/Mr. _____________were already
here at the 6th floor, for your safety in case of emergency the fire exit is located on right side of
hotel building.

facilities.
Butler: Your welcome Sir. We already here in room, and your room number is 601 and here is
your vincard. To use this card sir please gently insert it in the hole and if hear the clicking sound
it means that’s your door is already open. Gently press the doorknob going down and it will
gently open. Welcome to your room Sir /Mr.__________. Where do you want me to place you
luggage?
Guest: Just place beside my bed.
Butler: Sir/Mr._______________ do you want me to open the curtain so that you can see the
beautiful panorama outside.
Guest: Yes please.
Butler: Sir/Mr._______________, please allow me to give some information about the
amenities of room. Beside your bed is you side table where in the phone is located. And beside
the phone is the list of the directory of the hotel if you need some additional services, please
don’t hesitate to call with us. Sir/Mr.________ here is the remote of your TV, it has 101 cable
channels, here is also the remote of the aircon if you want to adjust the temperature. Your mini
bar it has full of selection of beverages such as juices, soda, bottled water, and beer. You can
have it at a minimal cost of amount. On the left side is the bathroom, sir let me lead the way to
your bathroom. Mr.____ here is your hot and cold water, your bathroom amenities like
shampoo, soap, and bubble bath. Do you have any questions and clarification sir?
