Guest Arrival

Bellboy: Tan
Guest: Cess
Bell boy (Tan): Good morning ma’am! Welcome to Fresco Inn Hotel.

Guest (Cess): Good morning!

Bellboy (Tan): Do you have any luggage ma’am?

Guest (Cess): yes, I have 2 luggage, it is on the back of my car. (kinuha ni Tan ang luggage)

Bellboy (Tan): Okay ma’am. 1 2, there are 2 luggage. Could you please check if I got the correct luggage,
please?

Guest (Cess): yes you got everything correctly.

Bellboy (Tan): Great! Let me escort you to the front desk ma’am.

Guest (Cess): Okay. Thank you.

Bellboy (Tan): This way please.

Front Desk

Guest: Thank you!

Front Desk: My Pleasure ma’am. Have a wonderful stay here at STI Grand Hotel.

Room boy (Tan): Okay ma’am. Let me assist you to your room.

Guest: Sure.

Room Boy (Tan): This way please.

Tan: (Knock the door three times.) Bell Boy! Bell Boy! Bell Boy!

Tan: Ma’am, this is your room 123. Can I have your keycard ma’am so that I can open the door for you?

Guest: Sure. Here it is.

Tan: (Open the door. Went inside first. Turn on the light. Let the guest in.)

Room boy (Tan): Allow me to explain the Hotel facilities. This is wardrobe with its hanger, laundry list
and sewing kit. This is bathroom. There are many things inside, if you want to take a bath. On the top is
air conditioner and this is your table. This is a dressing table. Also, this is your Telephone, press 0 for
laundry, 1 for housekeeping and 2 for food and beverage service. If you need me to help you, you can
call concierge and press number 9. Do you follow me, Mrs. Princess?
Guest: Yes.

Bellboy: here is your keycard ma’am. Any other questions, ma’am?

Guest: No, thank you.

Bellboy: You're welcome. I hope you’re comfortable in your stay.

Guest: I hope so. Thank you.

Bellboy: You're welcome. Have a nice day!

During storage of guest luggage:


Tag each item with baggage claim check.

Inspect each item’s condition and sotre in their respective area.

Put the lighter luggage on the top.

Departure
Front desk: Dodoso
Bellstaff: Angel
Guest: Cess
Bellstaff: (Knock. Knock. Knock.) Bellboy!
Guest Open the Door
Bellstaff: Good morning, ma’am. Today is December 1 and the time it 12pm. You are expected
to checkout for today, is that correct ma’am?
Guest: Yes.
Bellstaff: Alright. Let me assist you, ma’am.
Guest: Sure. Please come in.
Bell staff: Before we check out ma’am, please double check the drawer, wardrobe, and the
bathroom if you still have your things.
Guest: Okay.
Bell Staff: Are you done, ma’am?
Guest: Yes.
Bell Staff: Alright. Please allow me to double check your room ma’am so that none of your
things are left behind.
Guest: Okay.
Bell Staff: Everything is clear ma’am.
Guest: Okay. Thank you.
Bell Staff: May I have your key ma’am?
Guest: Here it is.
Bell Staff: Great! Let me assist you with your luggage ma’am.
Guest: Thank you.
Bell Staff: Please wait in the lobby area ma’am while preparing your bills.
Guest: Okay.
Bell Staff: Excuse me ma’am. Your bill has been settled. Please follow me to the Front desk.
Guest: Okay sure.
Bell Staff: Is your luggage is ready ma’am?
Guest: Yes.
Bell Staff: Great. Let me assist you your car.
Guest: Sure. Thank you so much.
Bell Staff: Ma’am please sign this receipt of your luggage ma’am/
Guest: Sure. Here it is.
Bell Staff: Alright! I already put your luggage at the back your car ma’am.
Guest: Thank you so much.
Bell Staff: My pleasure. Have a safe trip ma’am.
