Training Arrangements

TM1 Training Program

1. The Training Program will run from July 11, 2022 to August 10, 2022
2. Assessment Schedule: August 12-14, 2022
3. The Flexible Learning Delivery approach shall be employed during the
implementation of the program. The following are the competencies of TM 1
which the participants shall undergo for 33 days schedules:
a. Plan Training Session- 1 to 5 days (Orientation of PTS- Workshop /
Hands-on with checking of output for PTS)
(July 12, 2022 to July 15, 2022)
b. Utilize Electronic Media in Facilitating Sessions-
c. Maintain Training Facilities 1 to 3 days
d. Supervise Work-based Training
(July 18, 2022 to July 20, 2022) ON-LINE
e. Facilitate Learning Sessions- 1 to 6 days (Orientation/ Presentation
and Virtual Demo)
(July 21, 2022 to July 27, 2022)
f. Conduct Competency Assessment- 1 to 5 days (Orientation/
Presentation and Virtual Demo)

(July 28, 2022 to August 2, 2022)

g. Individual Practice to FLS/ Demonstration


(August 3, 2022 to August 6, 2022)
h. Conduct Institutional Assessment in FLS and CCA- 1 to 3 days
(Demo)
(August 8, 2022 to August 10, 2022)
i. National Assessment TM Level 1
(August 11- 13, 2022)
4. The following RTC KORPHIL DAVAO personnel shall be the facilitators of the
training programs:

5. The Participants are requested to be available during virtual meeting.
6. The Participants will be given link for The Pre-Test and Zoom Meeting via
Google form.
7. Online Training Activities and Face to Face Methods shall be used during the
training program with full attendance adherence to the IATF protocols.
8. Per competency, the following participants shall be required to prepare the
following DOCUMENTS: (To be submitted in a soft copy with corresponding
dates for submission.)

9.The participants shall be required to undertake Institutional Competency


Assessment during Face-to-Face schedule after all of the requirements of the
competency were completed. Thus, they are also required to submit a hard copy of
their prepared documents as a requirement for the Institutional Assessment activity.
The following Assessment methods shall be used to evaluate the competencies of
the participants.

10. Certificate of Achievement (COA) shall be awarded to participants who passed
the Institutional Competency Assessment.
11. The participants are requested to apply for the national Competency Assessment
in TM Level 1 in preparation for the assessment schedule.
12. IP Host Teams for virtual arrangement shall be coordinated to assist facilitation of
the following online activities.
