The magnify accessibility

feature will help with any
assignments that students
participate in on their iPhones.

those with a visual disability.
2. Balance Audio
Within Audio/Visual, Headphone Accommodations enables you to tune audio to your preferences – and
customize it if you’ve compatible hardware. But we’re more interested in other settings. Mono Audio
and/or Balance are aimed at people who cannot hear equally through both ears, but also give you an
option to ‘merge’ stereo audio when only using a single earbud.
Balance Audio
Students with hearing disabilities in
one or both ears can balance audio
sounds by going into the accessibilty
tab - audio/viusal -and then adjusting
settings to help iPhone audio output
3. VoiceOver
From settings go to accessibility - VoiceOver

Once turned-on VoiceOver will read items viewed on the iPhone screen. There are also
options in this setting to dictate the speech speed used by Siri. This will assist students with
reading disabilities and visual disabilities.
4. Subtitles and Captioning
Accessibility - Subtitles & Captioning

This feature provides subtitles and captioning to the user when available. The feature is
extremely valuable in assisting with the understanding of video content that will be used in the
classroom.
5. Guided Access
