The reply is as under:

1 DSR 2018 renamed as DSR 2019 is in line with PAR 2019. The Bldg Cost Index of Delhi as on
01.04.2020 over PAR 2019 (effective from 01.04.2019) as base 100 is 101.
The Bldg Cost Index of Delhi as on 01.04.2021 over PAR 2020 (effective from 01.04.2020)
as base 100 is 105.
Hence, present bldg cost index over PAR 2019 = 100 x 101 x 105 (-) 100= 6.05%
(effective from 01.04.2021) 100 100

2. Bldg cost index OM dated 19.06.2020 and OM dated 01.06.2021 are attached.
Calculation of bldg cost index is as above under reply 1.
