Hello investors, my name is Trung Kien, I am the co-founder of The Greenie Coffee Shop.

Sincere thanks to the investors who have been here for giving me the opportunity. Here, I would
like to present a lean startup project that I believe investors will find it valuable and hope I will be
worthy of an opportunity for investors.

Before I start, first of all, I would like to raise the issue, according to VTV electronic newspaper,
Coffee - one of the leading consumer goods and the third most consumed beverage globally.
During the production process, only 0.2% of the coffee beans are used to extract the coffee, the
remaining 99.8% will become waste. When discarded coffee grounds have the potential to
pollute the environment. According to experts, when this waste decomposes, it will release
methane gas - one of the most common greenhouse gases and contribute to global warming up
to 86 times more than CO2. Before this situation, we founded The Greenie Coffee Shop - a
model of selling coffee with ornamental plants using fertilizer as coffee grounds to avoid wasting
coffee grounds.
In addition, coffee grounds help plants grow well and give off a pleasant aroma.
Save money on plant care products. Yes, these are the core values we want to bring to our
customers.

Secondly, According to Q&Me, the respondents are very concerned about the environment and
use environmentally friendly items from 23 to 29 years old. Our customer segment is especially
focused on young people, who should have early awareness about environmental protection
and love nature. So the next segment is coffee lovers and bonsai enthusiasts
Third, revenue mainly comes from the following sources; The first comes from the sale of
coffee, which accounts for more than 70% of the total revenue each month, the rest comes from
products related to coffee grounds and ornamental plants. After 6 months, the highest estimated
revenue reached $4,000, profit after tax reached $1,600. The highest profit margin on total
export revenue reached 40%. On average, after 6 months, the profit margin on total revenue
reached 20%. The fourth is the cost structure, most of our costs come from running advertising
and marketing and the monthly salary for employees, it accounts for 50% to 70% of the monthly
cost. With the investment from investors, the company will continue to promote advertising to
develop brand recognition.

Distribution and communication channels.


Currently, Greenie Coffee Shop has many different distribution channels. Besides selling
directly at the store, we will set up business pages of The Greenie Coffee Shop on
communication platforms such as Facebook or Tiktok. Next, Shoppe and Lazada will be the two
e-commerce channels that sell our bonsai and coffee grounds because of the high customer
density. Finally, food delivery apps like Grab, Baemin or Shoppefood will be used as another
channel to reach and serve potential customers with promotions.
