MODULE 

REGISTRATION SCHEDULE FOR SEMESTER 2, AY2021/22  ‐ for UNDERGRADUATE (UG) AND CONTINUING & PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION (CPE) STUDENTS Updated: 12pm, 10 Nov 2021

Notes:
1. Module registration will be conducted via ModReg@EduRec (https://myedurec.nus.edu.sg)
2. Undergraduate students can select GE and UE modules from "Select Modules" (Round 2) onwards.
3. Students will be informed via email and SMS when the module allocation process run is completed and the outcome is available for checking under ModReg's "View My Classes" page. 
4. Students have to submit Academic Plan Declaration (if applicable) once for every ModReg exercise. For those who missed 2 to 9 Dec declaration exercise, they may submit it from 28 Dec onwards.
5. Together with the module allocation process, enrolled modules from ModReg will be uploaded to EduRec concurrently after end of each ModReg rounds.
However, from 0900hrs, 19 Jan to 2359hrs, 27 Feb, enrollments from ModReg will be uploaded to EduRec at 0830, 1130, 1430 and 1730hrs on daily basis. 
Students may verify them via: View Modules (Navigation: myEduRec > Acaemics > Academic Records) .
6. EduRec is the source of information for LumiNUS. Enrolled modules from EduRec will be synced to LumiNUS via a process, scheduled at every night. 
Alternatively, for modules appear at EduRec's "View Modules" page, students may refresh LumiNUS data by following the instructions from: https://wiki.nus.edu.sg/display/LumiNUSstudent/Refresh+your+modules+or+groups 
7. Add/Swap Tutorials allocation process (scheduled at every 30 mins), to update successfully added/swapped tutorial classes, will be temporarily put on hold from 0830 to 1100hrs on 16, 17 and 18 Jan to facilitate urgent module enrolments by admin.
The process will resume from 1101hrs onwards on the same day.
