Ref: 1. Our enquiry vide e-mail dt. 10.02.2020

2.Your offer vide e-mail dt. 14.02.2020 and subsequent corresspondance.
3. Your revised final offer dt. 17.02.2020

With reference to the above we are pleased to accept your final offer for the Erection of Piping works of
28 & 18 MW TG sets at JK Papers Ltd., Songadh, Gujrat on the following Terms:

1.The Piping works will be executed strictly as per the instructions of our Engineer / Customer Engineer.
2.Site Safety and Quality will be strictly adhered to while executing all related activities.
3.Assistance for NDT, SR & Radiography works will be in your scope.
3.On completion of Piping erection, assistance for flushing and Hydro Test will be in your scope of works.
4.All your employee wages will be paid by you, thro Bank, observing Minimum Wages Act, PF and ESI if
applicable and copies of your wage Roll and all payment challans, including proof of Statutory payments,
submitted to our SIC every month, before processing of your monthly Bills. EEPL will be kept indemnified
against any claims on account of the above.

Scope & Rate for Fabrication & Erection: Tonnage. Rate/Ton. Amount.
1. Alloy Steel Piping (IBR): 16.00 Rs.43500/ Ton Rs. 6,88,000.00
2. Carbon Steel Piping (IBR&NIBR): 42.00 Rs. 38500/ Ton Rs.16,17,000.00
3. Stainless Steel Piping: 2.50 Rs. 50000/ Ton Rs. 1,25,000.00
4. Supports: 25.00 Rs. 17500/ ton Rs. 4,37,500.00
5. Painting of Piping: LS 2 units Rs. 125000/ Unit Rs. 2,50,000.00

Total Tentative Value Rs.31,17,500.00

Progressive Payment:
To facilitate Running Payment tentative Inch Dia. rate will be arrived by dividing the total tonnage of
each item by the tentative inch Dia. of each item.
Running Payment against Bill will be released every month on completed Inch Dia. of welding as per
following Break up on certification of our SIC:
1. 65% of Inch Dia. Rate of each item on Fabrication and Welding.
2. 20% of Inch Dia. Rate of each item on Erection.
3. 5% of Inch Dia. Rate of each item on RT completion.
4. 10% of Inch Dia. Rate of each item on Flushing / Air blasting completion

On completion of Piping Erection and Commissioning the Final Contract Value will be arrived based on
the Tonnage of finally executed quantities. This Final Contract Value less Running payments made will be
paid as Final Bill after deducting 5% of the executed contract value towards Workmanship Guarantee.
