AWARDS COMMITTEE and APPROVED BY THE SCHOOL PRINCIPAL
and COPY OF THE LIST OF AWARDEES WAS FURNISHED TO THE
OFFICE OF THE SCHOOLS DIVISION SUPERINTENDENT FOR HIS
INFORMATION ON MARCH ______, 2018.

 The Senate President Aquilino “Koko” Pementel Jr. GOLD MEDAL for
EXCELLENCE IN SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL SPECIFIC STRAND is

 The “BEA” Bugsay Excellence Award and a Cash Prize of the RICH LAKE
