Unless otherwise mentioned any one of the approved makes or brands shall be allowed
to be used. Other specified ISI mark may be allowed to be used if recommended by the
consultants and approved by Owner.

The tenderer shall distinctly understand that it will not be their prerogative to insist on
a particular brand from the list. Final selection will be done by the consultants with the
approval of Owner.
