Please be informed that there will be a Municipal Advisory Council on October 11, 2001, 3:00 in
the afternoon to be held at 24/7 Resort Inn Bayombong, Nueva Vizcaya.

Part of the activity to be undertaken will be the selection of MAC Chairperson and Vice
Chairperson prior to the oath-taking of members to be officiated by the undersigned. Likewise, the
council shall discuss matters pertaining to the issues and concerns affecting the PNP and resolved
problems which could contribute to the successful implementation of PNP’s plans, programs and
activities in the realizations of the PNP’s vision to become highly capable effective and credible police
service working in partnership with a responsive community towards the attainment of safer place to
live, work and to business.

In this regard, we are glad to inform you that we have chosen you as one of our members who
will represent the barangay who could provide moral values of our personnel.
