Memorandum of Understanding
This Memorandum of Understanding is made and executed on this -------------------day of---------------------------------, by and between M/s Elegancia Language resource Centre , kottayam, herein after called the party of the first which includes the authorized Representatives of theparty ofthe first and M/s________________ _________________ _______________________________ ______________________________ Represented by its Principal or Manager or______________________ Mr./gMrs.____________________________________ which in terms shall include their legal representatives, herein after referred to as party of the second part.

Now the agreement shall witness the following

1. The party of the first is a firm having expertise in imparting Communicative English Programme to help the students to mold their profession with better communication skill and personality effectively. 2. Whereas the party of the second part is an educational institut ion imparting education to children from class____________ to ______________ and has taken an innovative decision to train its students with the help of Elegancia, Kottayam. 3. The total number of students available for the programme ia agreed upon __________ Inwords________________________________ _____________________________ from standard __________ to /and standard______________ 4. Where as the party of the first offered to t rain those students of the party of the second

part who offered to pay as per the terms and conditions herein after provided.

5. The party of the first hereby agreed to train the students belo nging to the party of the

second party in speaking and effective communication in English Language.

6. The total project initially is for a period of _______________________________ from the date of the execution of this MoU and can be extended further after the first academic year on renewal basis if the part y of the second party is satisfied by the performance of the party of the first part.

7. The beginning of the Communicative English Programme shall be/ was on .. 8. In consideration of same the party of the second part shall facilitate two classes in a week -

per section / division, so as to enable the party of the first party to complete the training.

9. The party of the second part has agreed to pay a sum of Rs_____________(Rupees______________________________________________) per student for the whole programme. 10. I shall be the responsibility of the second part to collect the consideration payment agreed herein above from the students and remit the same to the party of the first in the following manner. 1. First installment Rs._______________(Rs______________________________________________) Within 15(fifteen) days of the commencement of the programme. 2. The final installment Rs_________ ( Rs____________________________________) On or before 15 th January 11. The party oe the second part shall extend all the support and co -operation to maintain and observe discipline and regular attendance of the students and shall fix the time of the classes to suit the convenience of the party of the first part. 12. If the party of the second part is not satisfied with the performance of the faculty appointed by the party of the first part they can demand for a change of the faculty, which the party of the first part will comply within a reasonable time.

13. This Memorandum of Understanding is irrevocable. 14. Any change in the said MoU can be done by the mutual consent of both the parties.
