Activity 2: Pick and Analyze!

Introduces Innovation- I think Entrepreneurs use strategic thinking to position themselves in a competitive
market. They need to be  inventive and come up with a strategy and critical ability. For an entrepreneur to
be successful, their thinking must be clear and actionable. Fer example, they add value to their business so
that they can increase their profits and bring more competition.

Creates employment- Entrepreneurs provide job chances not only for themselves but also for others.  In
the short and long term, entrepreneurs create new job opportunities by making jobs for the community.
For example, If an entrepreneur opens a business, he will need to hire applicants. People will find work and
be able to support themselves.

Reflection

I learned about the importance of entrepreneurs and how they benefit our country in this session. I also
learnt about entrepreneurship, and how it may lead to the creation of jobs, money, and social
empowerment, all of which can help to reduce poverty. They also generate new employment by
developing new products and services, resulting in an acceleration of economic development. As a result,
public policy that stimulates and supports entrepreneurship should be prioritized for economic
development.
