GROUP 4: External & Internal walling;

GROUP 5: Windows & Doors;

GROUP 6: Internal and External Finishings;

GROUP 7: Services( Electrical, Mechanical( plumbing fire protection equipment, lifts, air-

conditioning, etc) ;

GROUP 8 ; External works ( parking area, drive ways , stormwater drainage, landscaping,

include defects from adjoining buildings/party walls etc)
