Additional Comment:  Keegan has definitely taken a higher


patient load this semester and has handled the additional
workload with relative ease.

during plan consultation and review. Additional Comment:  This was one of his bigger areas of
improvement this summer. It's clear he is more comfortable
speaking with the physicians and more confident as to what
needs to be conveyed to them about his plans.

Additional Comment:  His accuracy has continued to be a


strong point but I would say his speed in accomplishing these
tasks has definitely progressed.

often be challenging for students, but Keegan has done an
excellent job staying on top of his work and knowing what
needs to be done when.

Keegan took a big step forward this semester with his IMRT planning. He has a strong understanding of how the planning system operates, what to look out
for, and how to optimize the best plan for the patient while not making treatment times too long/complex. Now that he fully comprehends how to plan a
variety of IMRT plans we will look to increase the complexity of his plans next semester. He'll need to see more Head and Neck and retreatment plans, and
hopefully familiarize him with the Radixact planning system as well.
